Frequently asked questions
What does a plan cover?
Each plan covers one workspace: the place where you keep your documents, conversations and tools. Its monthly credits cover activity in that workspace. You can use Stemfra AI as an individual, freelancer or organisation; you do not need a registered business.
How many people can use my workspace?
Starter includes 5 seats, Growth 10 and Business 25. Each person uses their own login. Owners and pending invitations count toward the limit. Owners manage invitations in Settings → Team. Team access is available when your workspace has an eligible plan and invitations are enabled.
Are taxes included?
Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes. Any tax and the full amount payable will be shown before you confirm a purchase. Online checkout remains disabled.
How are credits used?
Credits measure usage across tools, rather than a guaranteed number of replies or documents. The published plan rates are:
- Standard assistant or Front Desk reply: 5 credits
- Email reply or client email draft: 10 credits
- Standard document draft or revision: 50 credits
- Business lead found and kept: 20 credits
- Existing company researched with first email drafted: 10 credits
- Inbox thread classified: 1 credits
- Recording transcribed and summarized, per minute: 3 credits
How does yearly billing work?
Annual plans cost the equivalent of ten monthly payments for twelve months of access, a saving of approximately 16.7%. The full yearly amount is paid upfront. Credits remain a monthly allowance, not a yearly balance. Online checkout is not enabled.
Is there a free plan?
No. Contact support to discuss the right paid plan. A trial is separate from a free plan; no trial is activated through this page.
Do unused credits roll over?
The advertised monthly allowance resets each billing month and does not roll over. Contact support about additional usage and availability before committing to a plan.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
For paid plans, workspace owners can cancel renewal in Billing without contacting support. Access continues until the paid period ends. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or an approved exception applies. See our cancellation and refund policy.
